Manor Golf Club

Manor Golf Club in Kilrea boasts a spectacular 9-hole golf course that stretches over 4000 yards of exquisite fairways and precision-cut greens. This parkland course was opened for play in 1991 and affiliated with the Golf Union of Ireland (G.U.I) in 1994, during the first year of the late Eric McMasters' captaincy. McMasters' relentless and dedicated efforts towards achieving affiliation were acknowledged by the committee and members, who proposed him to continue his captaincy for a second year. To honor his memory, the Golfer of the Year trophy is named after him.

Visitors and golf societies are always welcome at The Manor Golf Club, where they can experience the warmth and hospitality of the club members. The course offers an ideal playing experience for golfers of all skill levels, and no handicap or certificate requirements are necessary to enjoy a round of golf.

The course's par is 64, and the best days to play are any day of the week, making it convenient for both locals and visitors. The large balcony overlooking the golf course and lake serves as the perfect spot to unwind after a game of golf, especially during the summer months. Lanterns and heaters are provided, ensuring that the balcony can be enjoyed long after the sun goes down.

In conclusion, Manor Golf Club is the ideal golfer's haven, where golfers can enjoy a challenging round of golf on a beautifully designed course, soak in the natural surroundings, and unwind with the perfect 19th hole experience on the club's balcony.
