Kilrea Golf Club

Kilrea Golf Club is home to the original undulating inland course, boasting excellent drainage that allows it to remain open even in the most inclement weather. Recent extensions to the course, reclaimed from bogland, are equally well-drained, making Kilrea one of the driest courses in the area. With a length of 5672 yards, the course is longer than the typical 9-hole course, and while accuracy off the tee is critical, players can still expect a fighting chance at par for most holes. The tight fairways and small greens present a challenge to players of all skill levels.

Visitors to Kilrea Golf Club are encouraged to book their tee times in advance using the Golf Now link provided. Green fees must be paid before commencing play, and visitors should have a copy or screenshot of their booking available on arrival. Kilrea Golf Club adheres to a normal GUI/ILGU dress code, which means that denim, round-neck t-shirts, and football/rugby tops are not permitted.

Kilrea Golf Club is a parkland course with no professional on staff. The best days to play are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday after 12 pm. There are no handicap or certificate requirements to play, making Kilrea an excellent destination for golfers of all levels. Book your tee time today and experience the challenging and picturesque Kilrea Golf Club for yourself.
