The Saddlers House is a beautifully restored mid-19th century town house located in a conservation area at the heart of the historic city of Derry. Our bed and breakfast establishment is one of the most centrally located in the city, just a short stroll from the walls, cathedrals, museums, theaters, and numerous restaurants and bars.

Each bedroom is equipped with a television and books for your enjoyment, while our freshly brewed coffee, homemade jams, wheaten bread, stewed fruits, and homemade yogurt make for a delicious breakfast.

We are proud to have received a Bronze Award at the 'World's Original Marmalade' 2015 Competition, with over 2000 entries. Guests are welcome to relax in our elegant Victorian sitting room or parlor, complete with an ornate marble fireplace. The dining area has recently been extended and renovated, providing a bright, light-filled location for breakfast. Our small walled garden at the rear of the house is a delightful spot to unwind. All bedrooms offer free WiFi access and a PC is available for guest use in the sitting room.

Our Spanish-speaking owners welcome pets at no additional cost.

Free on-street car parking is available every day on the opposite side of Great James Street with no time restrictions, although parking spaces may be limited during working hours. Free parking in front of the house is available from 5 pm to 10 am on work days and all day Sunday.
